Sorry, Bel Air, the SEC is not loaded this year. Saying it is, is a misstatement. It is a rather down year for the league.

What? You are completely wrong

The SEC is the top conference, based on RPI. 10-11 of the 13 teams are going to make the NCAA's. 9 teams are ranked in the top 25, including LSU, who snuck back in at 24 this week. If this is a down year, I will take it.

The SEC has lots of great teams. Even florida, who is ranked pretty high has 7 sec losses. LSU has 9 but should probably finish in the vicinity of 13-11 or so

Tigerbait357, is Jaquish hurt or out? She didn't start this rain out and she didn't play the last game against GA.

They split with Hofstra today...won first game 5-2 and lost second game 5-3.

I watched/listened to some of each game on Hofstra's website...it looked like everyone was freezing their collective asses off.

Those Hofstra announcers were struggling. They said Bou was from Crowley, Los Angeles.

They are the epitome of inconsistency. They can beat top teams like Tennessee and Georgia one week; yet struggle and lose to teams like Hofstra the next.

I saw LSU fans at UM a few days back. I wonder if there was a track meet or something.

I was actually listening at that point and just had to go

Damn college kids trying to break into radio....

The video made me appreciate the Geaux Zone more, that is for sure.

Just checked their record…what the heck is wrong with our women's sports?

So much for the theory that a new facility makes us better and attracts recruits.

This is the best hitting team LSU has had in probably 6-7 years. The pitchers are young and erratic, but all will be well next year when the top pitching recruit in the nation shows up here.

So I guess your theory is shot.

Let's see how things pan out. We've had some pretty damn good pitchers at LSU over the years (Dani Hofer and Rachelle Fico), yet we've only won the SEC West once in recent memory. Hofer got injured and never lived up to her potential, and Fico suffered from being on a squad with anemic hitting. I don't think that having the top high school pitcher in the country will automatically fix all our problems.

Thanks for clearing that up (excuses).

And I hope you are right

Let Torina bring in HER players, starters like Blades, Wray, Falcon. And Hey ward are not her. Let her bring in her classes, the next two classes have top 5 pitchers and ELITE talent, you will see a huge difference next year. I'm just hoping we can get hot going into post season and hope for the best this year
