Anybody who doesnt look at Ole Miss as a rival is pretty much guaranteed to be under 30, or picked up LSU football later in life. It is a rivalry, and has been for some time.

Go to Hell Ole Miss was alive and well at least to 1972. I left grad school and game attendance then so I can't vouch for anything after that.

If Kiffin doesn't treat this as a rivalry we will get slapped around for the rest of his tenure. Those guys are gonna be out for blood and we better be too

Some of you are incorrect in assuming two programs have to be historically equal to be a rival. All you need is some close and exciting games and a lot of hatred. Are Alabama and Auburn equals? No but it's still a rivalry. USCw and UCLA? USCe and Clemson? Texas and A&M? Oregon and Washington? Bama and Tenn? UGA and GA Tech?
