Also this thing about beating a top 2 opponent is dumb when we've won a tournament.

Absolutely massive win after dropping 2 early. Back on track now.

Big win. They showed toughness under pressure. I think Kim has found the right rotations for these big SEC games. Still some growing to do but this team has proven today that they can beat anyone in the country.

That piece of shite Texas at Austin coach barely even acknowledged our Hall of Fame coach when they shook hands... he was the same way in dealing with his daughter's high school coaches in College Station.

We spent the first 14 games of the season running non stop fast break drills aganst SWAC and MEAC schools and averaging over 100 points a games. It has now taken us 4 games to figure out how to run an offense in the front court.
SEC totals: 78, 61, 80, 70

Amen to that

It was cool to see them have a moment at the end of the game

I was gonna say what was Iowa when we beat them

Kim was in her ear talking to her at the end

Iowa ended the regular season 31-7 ranked #3. They didn’t win the Bog 10 regular season title, that was #2 Indiana (we were in their bracket and they choked in round 2).

This LSU team can compete with anybody in the country. They choked the end of both losses but were right there and had leads in both games. Just played very poorly down the stretch and got killed down low.
Today, LSU outplayed TX in the paint. Still went too cold in the 4th after having a 13 point lead, but managed to hold them off. The more game experience that Richard, Z Johnson, Knox get, the better they will be. Flaujae and Koval have been sort of disappointing since SEC play started. Mikaylah a straight killer. Joyner very undersized for the SEC bigs we’ve played so far but she works hard and has had decent numbers. Still waiting on Fulwiley to look more comfortable and efficient in SEC play

Jada looked like she belonged on the court. She is improving and will be a great asset before she leaves LSU.

Perfect example. Kim only wanted the timout to move the ball to the front court on the in bounds pass. We didn't have to take an extra 30 second time out after the Texas full timeout.
Yes we did if we wanted to move the ball to front court. You dont get to advance when the other team calls time out. You have to take one of your own.
