Orgeron and Ensminger are most likely not capable of 11 & 1. It takes top-notch coaching to do that in the SEC. We best set our expectation for 2019 at 10 & 2. That is attainable.

Excellent, in depth, analysis and a bullet proof argument. How could anyone disagree?

Until the offensive coaches are overhauled and the passing game is modernized, LSU is a good, not great program at best

This and O has got to learn that he cannot get conservative on offense and rely on the defense against the better teams. Those days are over in college football

Nailed it.

Orgeron can recruit and he’s running the program well... but he’s not championship caliber with a pee-wee offense.

When LSU combines their defensive talent with a competent offensive scheme, they’re terrifying.

Program leadership just refuses to implement a modern passing attack.

"Depends how many more of our upperclassmen are dying to be NFL practice squaders"

Do you mean earn a living?
I thought that was the American Way. Life is more than just playing college football, you do know?

Not if we don’t get better at tackle position, DE position. I think we’re recruiting better at guard and center.

I think LSU makes it to the national championship next year. It's in New Orleans. Its destiny for LSU Bama

LSU is now falling behind other SEC schools in recruiting

How so? Bama and UGA are 1 and 2. A&M is 3rd with all 25 spots but less than 2 points ahead in total points. LSU has 21 spots filled and unless they are filled with 1 star players we will surpass A&M.

Our current average is 91.39 which is our highest average since 2009 when LSU had the #1 class with a 91.51 average and this class has a kicker and long snapper which brings the average down.

We currently are 2nd behind Bama for the 2020 class and have a higher average than Bama. Bama has 11 commits vs 9 for LSU. Bama average: 93.44. LSU average: 94.68

Dare Rosenthal should take over the left tackle position next year.

Why do you think a converted DT will surpass a 2 year starter in Charles?

I agree. We return a competent QB (haven’t said this in years) Our schedule is favorable Our defense will be good as always Freshman wide receivers in Marshall and Chase will be starting Stingley will lock it down Improved O line and D line play (if no one leaves) Our run game will vastly improve This post was edited on 12/30 at 9:10 am
