Tbh Hernandez was pretty average defensively. Our catchers this year are just that bad it makes him look like a gold glover

He was a leader on and off the field and was great with the pitching staff. This team misses him.

Yeah him and Milazo were very much so underrated. In my opinion, framing skills are more important than pop times and arm strength.
It would help this struggling pitching staff immensely to have someone who could frame pitches better.

Luis was a good SEC catcher defensively. I don’t think he had the arm strength of Arrambide or Serna, but he was good at blocking, receiving, and framing pitches.
