If the media asked him, why is a thread on the rant so inflammatory?

quote:no it didnt at all. they booed at his interception and when he trotted on the field next.
Seems like to me they were booing Miles and not Jennings.

You guys really are something. You are booing the decision to play that player. It is the same thing as booing the player. Then fans were showing displeasure with the qb that was in the game. But if you and your trashy brethren want to spew this bs to make yourself feel better, then go ahead and just stay home.

agreed 100% nobody should ever boo college players. save it for the pros if thats what u like to do. get mad, scream, holler but do not boo.

Isn't it amazing how that shite somehow makes sense to them in their brains?

He is so, so much more intelligent than a large percentage of LSU's fan base.
Well he graduated from Michigan and has been pulling down seven figures for the last decade and a half (as a teacher, mentor, and manager, not an athlete). He's probably a pretty smart guy.

Miles handled this well. What needs to really be said is those who boo can go frick themselves and never come to a game again.

I'm not a Miles fan but that quote was perfect.

What Jennings was going through was being totally unprepared for play and put into situations where he would fail. He literally just threw the ball up for anyone. His confidence was so shot it would of been the proper decision to not play him. Again it's coaching. Miles is consoling a player for boos that came about by his continued poor decision to play the superior practice player. Whether or not a fan had played ball are not, the difference between the two players is evident and the booing is proof to the fact that they do care about winning and knowledgable. This is what makes for a great environment at LSU.
He can't have it both ways. He should be thankful for the interaction because when it gets quiet and people stop coming out over disgust. The jig is up.

do we really think Jennings' psyche is so fragile that he'll curl up into the fetal position if he's booed?
Good grief, if I'm playing QB at a football powerhouse and have played average/below average through the first few games and then shite the bed against one of the worst teams in the nation as AJ did in the 1st quarter, then I would EXPECT to hear rumblings from the crowd, whether it's directed at me or my coach.
Toughen up, people.
