If everything went perfectly, and according to plan for McMahon, he might just be a HORRIBLE coach instead of the worst coach in our history.

The delusion is starting to creep back in, less than 2 days after getting blown out at home by the worst team in the SEC.

Their leading scorer missed the game AT South Carolina…a game they won, by 12, and led by double digits for nearly the entire 2nd half.

It's very likely LSU won't be favored again in another game this season given the their games against the "bottom" of the league (Texas, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Auburn) are all on the road.
The apathy level of the fanbase has, IMO, reached a 40 year low. Most have moved beyond anger with the losing and have entered the acceptance stage that hopefully, with every passing week, the program is closer to just pushing the reset button.
Even the 6-7 sunshine pumpers on here don't REALLY believe McMahon is ever going to have success here or is a good coach. They are just taking the contrarian position for the sake of taking it.
