You just threw the head coach under the bus when you know that the OC did it as a frick you to O.

That’s a lie and a big one. Nick was challenged by the coaches, had a great week of practice and got the start as a reward.

You, sir, are a liar.

I said that before too, but did you ever fathom that you would hear someone say that Coach O didn't say anything about the 3rd string RB starting the game because he didn't want to interfere in the same game that they were running plays from a previous OC that was fired immediately when the current head coach took over?

Lol you make a valid point. I didn't think I would hear something like that in a million years.

He was never going to Texas. He was hanging out at the Miles household with his mikes jr before he was a legit recruit

When you listen to Eaux speak...he's so articulate and well prepared. He always has a plan and can communicate that in an effective way. He just instills confidence in the fanbase doesn't he?

This is just my opinion, but I honestly couldn't care less about how he talks. He's here to win football games, not teach public speaking.

How did the head coach not no what personnel was for the first play of the game?

Ran out of time. He had gone over the list of Olinemen and where each would play and made sure the center had the correct line and formation calls. Then he did the Dline and checked to make sure they all knew their assignments. Then verified the LB's and checked on if Phillips or Taylor was starting. Then the DB's and made sure who was on the opponent's best WR. Then the WR's and made sure they all knew their routes. Then had a meeting with Etling to make sure he had the calls and audibles and was on the same page with the WR's. Just when he was getting to the RB's the damn game was about to start.

If you ever meet him in person you can tell him to his face he is a bold-face liar. I'm sure he will appreciate you.

Hmm ... why was he going over this first when the offense was on the field and the defense was on the bench?

Just messing around bud.

I care. It’s fricking embarrassing to have a coach that’s frequently mocked on TV.

Everyones seen The Waterboy, that’s why the media said he’s perfect for LSU. It was said because he sounds like Farmer Fran.

If he wins, it will just be that much more satisfying. If he loses, he won't be here. I just really don't mind it. I guess if it could somehow be proved that recruits weren't coming to LSU because of the way talked, then of course I would care.

I saw this once during a game and it was done in good fun. Do you have local people on TV that really do this frequently? Seems it would get old after a few times.

I read the media quite a bit and have never seen this. You must have a lot different TV and other media outlets than what I have. You got a link for this one?

Nick has gotten so much grief for that mistake. I hope he tears it up this season and proves the haters wrong

I agree, but the list of players who were terrible for 3 years and magically an all star the 4th year is indeed a short one.
