No, only HC for 18 months. They are hiring him back with a new agreement.
You are a psycho.

He is celebrating things he doesn’t understand

It clearly says he is required to appear on the behalf of LSU at least once a year, for the next 4 years. I'm sure the fans of Bama or Ole Miss are going to be excited when he shows up in an LSU polo to announce the incoming recruits for that year.

So he’s getting full buyout?

Hope not.

Looks that way. I didn’t add them up but the payouts look like the sum up to something in that neighborhood.

After watching you bitch and moan on here I'm not surprised that you're too stupid to understand the language of the contract.
Section D doesn't means what you think it does.
LSU terminated the 2020 contract with Coach O. So without a new contract he would be completely fired.
The continuous employment under a new contract in section D is a contract that keeps him as the LSU coach through the end of the year. It's a new contract to cover the remainder of the 2021 season because his current contract was terminated. Much of that was explained on the first page of the termination agreement where it says "the university will continue to employ employee in a limited capacity for the remainder of the 2021 season, which will be provided for in a seperate agreement.
Sorry you're stupid, and melt more bitch.

What's the deal with the public appearances on behalf of LSU athletics in 2022? That seems weird.

Hopefully just something he’ll eventually back out on and forfeit the payment.

That means LSU will be paying him not to recruit for other teams, as I suggested was a possibility.
As I said in another thread they put a no compete for 18 months for any HC job in the geographical confines of the SEC…
Thay are also keeping him on the tab for personal appearances for LSU for at least 1/yr for 4 yrs.

Are you scott?

My take on it is that instead of the reduced buyout that was pitched beforehand and a completely severed relationship, they're giving coach everything in exchange for these stipulations. It's a win-win on both sides. LSU gets to keep some sort of continuality and avoid a nasty break up, and Coach O gets to avoid an ugly personal court case(suing for his full buyout) while getting paid his full amount not to coach.

How did this guy get this info....and why is it just a screen shot?
Posted on 10/17/21 at 7:46 pm to GeauxFightingTigers1
