Texas A&M (2018)
Don’t let the fact that A&M was a 2.5 point favorite derail your narrative.

When your offense can’t score and move the ball consistently that tends to happen.
A&M was sorta wild one. But we were missing 2/3 best CBS. Playing Terrence Alexander way too much, and never had much of a pass rush from the front 4 after Chaisson went down. Jimbo did a good job attacking all of that.
But we scored 24 point on offense in regulation and couldn’t get a first down to finish out the game after the defense got a 4th down stop.
We only scored 19 against Florida

Florida finished top ten last year dude like we did. No shame in the fla loss on the road. We beat ga at home.
We were 6th at 10-3 and ga and fla were tied for 7th, ga was 11-3 and fla was 10-3.
For fricks sake. Jeez. And Im not an O supporter necessarily. He has been pretty decent, but he hasnt been better than Les yet.
But at least we see O is trying to break through, whereas miles had gone stagnant and refused to change.
Oh yeh, and we gotted robbed at tx am. Wtf this post is nitpicking beyond nitpicking

Wade took over a dumpster fire of a program and won the SEC in his second year. Any other questions?

We lost to Troy at home. We scored zero points against bama at home, we lost to UF at home when our rb ran the wrong way.
Ed Orgeron has consistently lost to teams he shouldn't. That's pretty fair and accurate. Arguing otherwise is just stupid and not the facts.

you are going to say Miami and Auburn weren’t as good of wind by the end of the season you have to use that same logic for the Florida loss.
So now that's a good loss? Strange how things have changed for Ed Orgeron. Losing is acceptable under him. It used to not be.

Never said it was a good loss. There are no such things. It just wasn’t as bad as was thought of at the time it happened. Florida was a fringe top 20 team at the time of the game. They ended up being a top 10 team.

What about winning the ones we weren’t supposed to?
LSU recruits at an elite level. There should be VERY FEW games we aren't supposed to win. Bama is the glaring example, but I'm not sure there are many others.

LSU lost to alabama 10-24 in Nov, 2017. We have not gone scoreless versus alabama in "nearly three years."

The losing to Florida and then stomping a top 10 UGA squad is quite frankly as inconsistent as it gets.

We should’ve kept Miles promoted Orgeron and made them co-head coaches. It wouldn’t be far from the absurdity we have now but neither of them could beat Bama.
at least we wouldnt have O tards trying to tell us troy was more talented than lsu.

Last year our football team finished the season ranked 6th in the nation. Basketball and baseball both made it to the final 16 and did not advance however you constantly bash "O" and CPM.
Do not answer that Wade was not on the court during the basketball playoffs as this was due to his own actions.
wade took over a program that was actually a rebuild. not this made up fantasy football rebuild the O tards love to claim.

That was JP Funes' fault. He chartered a flight to that game that was meant for transporting sick kids to the OLOL Children's Hospital. God saw it.

Not only that, but expectations were so low in basketball that it took a losing season and going 2-16 in the SEC to get the previous basketball coach fired. Wade took that program to the SEC championship and won it in year 2.
Orgeron is (so far) sustaining the same records in football (9-3) that got the previous football coach fired.
He has made some good moves, but this is his “put up” year. Another 9-3 won’t cut it.

When our talent level was up at the almost Alabama level we did not lose these games. Having said that pretty sure we were underdogs to Florida and TAM. ND game in the second tier bowl. Oh well. Troy was bad. Kind of like UAB under Saban
Posted on 7/5/19 at 4:19 pm to GeauxTigerNation
Really? You think that's our "biggest" problem?
Posted on 7/6/19 at 6:48 am to GeauxTigerNation
Lsu was a 1 pt favorite, on the road, against a Florida team that finished in the top 10. Please.

I know this may come as a shocker to you, but many of the top programs in basketball rebuild every year in the era of one and done. It is MUCH easier to accomplish this in basketball, for many reasons. Surely you understand this.

Well something was wrong that day, when an aranda led defense couldn't stop a Troy running back, who gained over 200 yards rushing. Reminded me of the defensive performance in the miss state game.
