I was a big fan of Perk going into this season.
His performance, or lack thereof, has changed my entire perspective of him. If I were coach, he would not see the field the remainder of the year. Play the young guys and let them hustle and learn. We are done this year anyway. Perk can't do anything to help that. He has already made his bed.

HP7 is the most overrated player in the program. I have never seen someone get so much attention who does virtually nothing.

Me too! IMO, he's a below average LB who is still living off what he did as a freshman. He's a great athlete but that will only take you so far.

He’s been loafing every game.Thats why they flashed on the screen he was like the 11th ranked Outside LB going into draft.Lazy play.

Perkins is doing exactly what Stingley did when he was here in his final year. All about not getting hurt before the draft.

After seeing the same results from multiple coaching staffs it's hard to blame it on coaching. At some point HE has to learn his assignments. He's not being "used incorrectly".

I’ve always said he was overrated and got hammered for it because of his “athletic ability.” When the excuse is always “he’s playing the wrong position “ year after year, you realize what the problem really is. HIM.

Saw it, and posted about it in live action.
It wasn’t just the Tamu game either.
I watched the Texas game yesterday and their “spies” were effective at keeping Dego contained. Perkins, however either went the wrong way or but hard on fakes from mobile qb’s. It was bad. Like he owed some folks money bad.

The O and D lines have been the real downfall of this team. We don't get to the opposing qb much even when we send 1 or 2 extra rushers. Our opponents have somehow managed to get pressure on Nuss consistently while onlyh rushing 3 or 4 down linemen. You basically have to get lucky to win games against decent teams when you're getting manhandled at the los.

Hate to break it to you but against Vandy and aTm, there were many sets where we did not spy at all, but fans thought we did. lol
It is the scheme. It sucks. I don't blame the players for quitting on it.
