This. No one with a single iota of football knowledge is going to put any stock into what anyone does in this game.
I’m fairly confident the majority of males, and quite a few ladies, on LSU’s campus could line up at QB and get the W. It’s why these games are stupid and pointless.

If you wanna read between the lines… it’s this, Kelly and staff don’t think this offense can afford to skip any game reps. They aren’t that good right now

MVB ended last season with -17 rushing yards in 8 games. I know college includes sack yardage but those numbers don’t scream running QB like everyone keeps mentioning

IMO, he truly thinks Nuss still has a shot at the Heisman if he gets the offense surging finally, and goes through the season ranked in the top 5.
