We covered the spread in a game we were supposed to win, so don't be shocked if we don't move up at all.

Should be ranked 3 but I have the feeling we may not move at all. If the defense had a played a better game we may have moved. The other teams ahead of us played cupcakes but Clemson, and our schedule won't help us much in the next 3 weeks we need to destroy the next 3 teams. If they move us at all I think it will only be a spot and I don't see Texas dropping far

Clemson, Bama, Georgia, Oklahoma, tOSU... I think we deserve a spot in the top 5 instead of UGA but realistically nothing changes.

Rankings this early in the season just give the media something to talk and argue about for viewer ratings. I think they should wait until October when all teams have played someone with a pulse to release the first set of rankings.

Texas was ranked #9 and playing at home, and their stud QB had a great game. And it didn't matter, because Burrow and our offense had a better game.
