that said there is a provision in Wade's contract that requires him to meet with the athletic director or whomever within 10 days upon request.
What if the AD is out on his arse?

read my entire post. I explained how those provisions could be interpreted and the issues LSU could potentially face if that was their intended course of action, which I don't believe it is presently. This is just Glen Guilbeau being a tool and trying to create a story, per usual.

If you would read it, you wouldnt have to ask me. It's 3 pages that are really spaced out. I think you can handle it. I believe in you.
I've read it and don't see any particular provision that we can, without a doubt, say that Wade violated.
Now your turn. Which provision do you think he violated?

Man, I want to believe this really badly, but I'm looking up on google (since I don't have a social media account outside of sports forums), the twitter accounts of the guys who "the Bench" claims to have as sources, and so far none of them are even hinting at anything.

The board meeting is only gonna address CEO's contract extension and nothing else? really LSU?

Poor Lester Earl. What will he do with all his free time after Alleva is fired?

Even if a rumor, a helpful one.
The more ppl aware of the proximity of the flame to the keg (in the pre-dawn of football season) the better our chances of getting them ALL THROWN OUT ON THEIR ASSES.

Verge tried to get Wade back and we were real close yesterday. King and Alleva are no longer involved apparently.

So, you don't care about "who is fired", and you don't care about FKA, and you don't care about WW. What exactly do you care about? Why are you here?

My understanding is the current buyout reduces to $7.5MM on 02/28/20 (so $2.5MM over the next year) and then reduces at a rate of $250k/month for the remainder ($3MM/year). So, in theory, if he's fired after December of 2020, then his buyout would be ~$4.5MM, about the same as it was as of the end of this past football season. I'm honestly shocked the admin did what no one expected they would. I said back when they made the initial announcement they were negotiating an extension and raise that if the buyout remained about the same in two years that everyone should be ok with that. And I'm also shocked they were able to get away with only a $500k raise. Almost seems to me as if Orgeron didn't even try to put the screws to them given how it seems the athletic department generally always caved to demands in the past regardless of leverage.
The discussion was about Alleva and Alexander’s remaining contract.

There's no definitive proof that he is legally in violation of any of those provisions. If you want to try assume the Court will loosely interpret those provisions, that's pure speculation on your part. While those provisions are in his contract, what has transpired does not necessarily constitute a breach.
Words like "material" or "reasonable" or "violations" are very important when discussing how different provisions would be interpreted and/or enforced. Were his possible breaches material to the contract? Were his actions unreasonable? Were there actually any NCAA compliance violations? Those are all pretty important but seemingly are being glossed over by you and the likes of GG
