They’re o line is ridiculous but skill position wise it’s a huge mismatch.

We beat Jalen hurts at Oklahoma right? Tua at bama. I can go on but I don’t see any of these guys Indiana has played as on the same level

2020 Bama also played a considerably weaker schedule, only over .500 teams they played in the regular season were Texas A&M and a pretty weak UGA. Let up 48 to Ole Miss, and beat Florida by 6 in the SECCG in a season where you had all the opt out drama and everything else. Many including myself think 2019 Bama with Tua probably beats 2020 Bama.

Even T-Bob said they were better. Way better defense and way better coaching.

Where at? I dont see that anywhere and even then Indiana has played far weaker offenses, and they themselves have struggled against top defenses more so than LSU, outside of the Auburn game LSU never scored lower than 36 whereas Indiana scored 13, 20, 30, 31, 27. LSU also never trained in the 4th quarter whereas Indiana needed arguably the best catch of the year to beat a mediocre to awful Penn State team.

It’s possible. This Indiana team is damn good. They are a well oiled machine on every level.

no its not.
Indiana beat:
Old Dom 27-14
Iowa 20-15
Penn St 27-24
Ohio State 13-10

Yes it is.
It's okay to admit that Indiana is damn good.
Doing so doesn't take away the accomplishments of the LSU 2019 team.

They mention every top tier team with 2019 LSU. Get used to it.
In 2020 it was Bama. Dave Portnoy said he'd take 2023 Michigan over LSU (which we all know to be an absolute joke). Earlier this year people tried to compare Ohio state's Carnell Tate and Jeremiah Smith to Justin Jefferson and Ja'marr Chase. Jeremiah Smith said he thinks he and Tate are better. Now we have Indiana compared to LSU. It'll continue to happen. 2019 LSU is the high bar that people are continuing to try to jump.

Honestly it would definitely be a one score game if they played.

I'd say they're pretty close in comparison. Only difference is this Indiana team is not peppered with 4 or 5 star players. Most of the players were from the portal and handpicked by a wise coach who knows what he is doing.

We need Miami to win to tamp down this bullshite

I kind of had some thoughts along those lines last night watching that domination - really reminded me of our 2019 post season championship run. Makes me want to see them go all the way. I don’t understand the multiple posts worrying about this.

That means they recognize 2019 LSU as the best team ever. This Indiana team is great, but they had some close wins against bad teams, and didn't go through the same gauntlet as 2019 LSU. If the 12-team playoff existed in 2019, I have no doubt that LSU would have gotten that extra win. I was there for the SEC championship and Peach Bowl, destroying UGA and Oklahoma respectively.

Honestly, they are as close as I’ve seen. That wasn’t a bad Oregon team they dominated. We’ll see how they handle Miami.

Didn't see it, but it's a compliment to LSU's 2019 team; they're saying that team is the standard to compare by.

Pretty close, but the TIgers were slightly more explosive, IMO
lol, this is an awful take, even for you.
