I think y’all are just so used to Paul being a corpse in the dugout.
Thanks for showing your age, if you want this guy as coach then you must be 15

He acts like how I imagine hard-core travel ball coaches would act.

I’m souring on him myself. He acts like a clown. A good baseball coach/manager is even keeled.
Moment is obviously too big for him to handle it. I hope we make him lose his shiate the next TWO games.

The saying “Act like you have been there before” comes to mind.
But..........
But..........

He seems a bit off in the head , he thinks he’s motivating those kids but he’s way off the mark.

Anyone ever going to explain what happened for those us us who weren’t able to watch?
Posted on 6/12/21 at 7:18 pm to BillyBoy22
He is kicking arse. You are bitching on the sidelines.

Doughty went yard and Vitello lost his mind, basically he was hollering at the home plate umpire and insinuated the home run was caused by a crappy pitcher’s mound and had the grounds crew come out and throw dirt on it.
Then he did it again and we got into the delay we’re in now

He needs to act like a professional not goon.
Posted on 6/12/21 at 7:25 pm to la_birdman
Well he actually got a warning for bitching at the umpires on a check swing that was called a ball and he thought the batter went around

You guys are so full of shite. You're just mad because he is in the other dugout. If he was our coach and we are a number 3 national seed and he does that, this place would sound like crickets.
If McDonnel happens to not take job, these queers will be jizzing themselves if LSU was to hire him.
It’s 100% because he’s in the other dugout. Every other weekend when not playing LSU most of this board stroked his schlong for being “energetic and full of fire unlike CPM and exactly what LSU needs”, which I agree with. I think he’d be great at LSU

He was crying about a clear check swing in the second inning of the game.
That’s energy, sure but not the energy I want coaching this team.

Vitello looks like Billy Crystal in City Slickers

Exactly. Remember Stoops in the 2004 Sugar Bowl half-time interview. When asked how do you beat these guys - we were faster, more physical and better - and he lost his shiate with the reporter. He started yelling, mumbling and stumbling. Moment was too big for him. Same for the Tenn HC. Hard pass.
