It doesn't matter to recruits but it matters with how the administration and fanbase view the program. Indiana and UCLA's titles are ancient history now too but those schools will put up a fight rather than let the basketball programs wither and die like LSU has.

He’s a prick that’s frustrated. He got caught doing something that was illegal at the time. And, according to him that’s LSU’s fault somehow. Sounds like somebody that can’t nut up and admit it was his fault.
LSU is not better off right now without him; right now. But, he’s not an elite coach; the kind a university like LSU deserves.

He will be at LSU next year. LEe Mallet and Rousse are the key. The SEC money dwarfs ACC money and NC state is always second fiddle to UNC

LSU basketball doesn’t deserve Wade. He’s not leaving NC State to come back to LSU. I think it’s far more likely that after UNC runs off Hubert Davis in a year or 2, Wade will end up there.

I don’t think he comes back to LSU but to say it’s definite, you’re fooling yourself. I think at this moment the job is his if he wants it .
