I will celebrate when we win the national championship, but we need to recruit more girls like Flujae. Also, if you are going to a game, don’t forget to stop by the dildo store on your way.
We need to recruit more players like MK and the freshman Grace Knox. Flujae has had something other than basketball on her mind the last two years.

when I said :
"this is kind of a message board meme that will always be repeated every time the men are bad. for sure I have seen this point made at least a dozen times here. its inevitable and will be said over and over.
the men would beat the women at a score of the mens choosing. the global elite women play at middle school male level, at basically every sport except long distance swimming and ultra long running"
you replied:
then you must really be entertained by todays edition of "can the women beat the men" which is published weekly. so entertaining

provocative and entertaining?
how many more times?

You obviously dont watch elite WBB teams.
I think he means LSU WBB. I don’t see how anyone can watch women’s pro basketball.

I’m sorry but I don’t think watching multiple missed layups every couple of minutes to be that interesting.

I keep being told the women are better at fundamentals and shooting I guess that's not true

Maybe it’s gotten better over the years. But when I used to tune in randomly it was absolutely horrible even in top 10 matchups. Just can’t get into it.

Ok I’ll admit that I didn’t know this was a weekly thing.
You seem to be all ate up with this topic. Maybe just let it go? Our MBB program will be arse for years to come. I’d hate for you to have to carry this torch for all that time LOL.

WBB is like watching Sandy Lyle
Come for the missed layups, stay for the air balls

no reason this would be true new coaches can go worst to first with the transfer portal.

its still terrible.
folks fall victims to the compensatory fallacy, meaning they think just because they are awful and running and jumping they must compensate for it by being better at shooting and fundamentals. but this is, as I said, a fallacy. they are in fact worse at every aspect of the game. they can win while still being awful because they play against women.
another theory I have is that old people are slow minded and they like slow games. but this theory has been met with some anger and resentment by old timers.

This I actually agree with. No reason we couldn't make the tournament in year 1. I'm just pessimistic about our historically snake-bit basketball program.

There's all kinds of funny shite baw. Proof:
Who's the right guy to turn the program around? Wade?

Wait until you discover 7th grade boys soccer.

well obviously he would be the ideal. and people around here who may or may not have the slightest clue what they are talking about say the president and chair of the board are friends with wade and want him back. this sounds not true to me but what do I know.
the concern I worry about is whether its smarter to invest in a coach or players. if you have a cheap coach that's an advantage. more cash for players. but then again maybe a good coach pays for himself bringing in more money. I don't know.

It's just women's basketball

Yep, you're right.
The only women's basketball game I've ever watched was the championship game against Iowa a few years ago.

There are reasons why the ratings dominate College Baseball.
