MVB isn’t good. That’s kind of a key point y’all keep forgetting.

1- “LSU will beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa”

Love the enthusiasm, I’m on board

2- “new playbook”

You killed the enthusiasm by reminding me that most of the Rant’s football knowledge comes from video games

I know it’s probably not going to happen, but I’ve got a feeling about this game. It honestly would not surprise me if LSU wins. I think the players are going to play loose, and fast. Let’s Geaux!

Damn right they will. Before the game, Frank is going to go full Samantha from Bewitched, twitch his nose, and Shazam! The offensive line will be good again.

Bama wins by 30

Why do you say this? Bama has played five SEC games this year and have won them by 3, 16, 3, 17 and 7 points, and the one they won by 16 was a 6-point game with just four minutes to go.

There's a lot of parity in the SEC this year. Blowouts have been quite rare, and I don't think you'll see quite the level of disfunction from LSU after the bye week that you saw fow three or four weeks earlier, under the disfunctional Kelly/Sloan/Woodward regime.

everyone acts like we've been getting blown out every game. if the season just goes back to how it was before the second half of the aggie game ,itll be a close one.

we've been in every game we've lost besides 1 and were leading that one at half. itll be a close game for most of the game ,or not the whole game.

it would have been close even if kelly was still here ,imo. maybe they will play better without kelly and if they do it may be enough to win.

Put down the pipe son. 48-17 bama and 17 is being generous. Will never understand why we are so bad on one side of the ball almost every year.

LSU is dangerous, because they have nothing to lose. They can just have fun and play football. Very little pressure with most people not expecting all that much from them anyway. I'm not saying they'll beat Bama, but i think they'll do better than if BK were still on the sidelines with Sloan calling plays.

With the way this season has gone, 9-3 will get us an at-large spot.

There are going to be a number of 9-3 teams this season, and a hot LSU that wins 4 straight will be above a number of other (likely) 3 loss teams.

So a program that is being run by the Governor and a complete mess is going to win out and make the playoffs? I’m not sure if some of you are like 9 years old or on some really good stuff.

A whole new playbook with a whole new OLine, maybe. As is, nope.

I don't think that's going to happen. I didn't even allude to that in my post.

I was responding to someone who posted a statement that we are going to go 9-3 and fall short of a playoff spot. I responded to that post stating that if we finish 9-3 we will be in the playoff.

I think we're going to go 7-5. But if we go 9-3, I think we would be in the playoff.

We have a better chance than people on here give us. I don't think Bama is some stud unbeatable team this year
