Les Miles was never beating Nick Saban again.
Miles was determined to run the ball against that brick wall, no matter what.

I’m not even saying we would have, just saying I won’t concede a loss in Tiger Stadium with Aranda and the LF offense.
I said before the season if we didn’t win the West and LF never plays in the SECCG it was time for Miles to go. If he failed, so be it. Move on with no second guessing.
But he, AND that class that committed to HIM, deserved that last chance TOGETHER and I’ll never be convinced we wouldn’t have had a damn strong chance to break that streak
Alleva let his personal issues with Miles push him to fire him in September while we still controlled our own destiny, a first for a national championship coach in CFB history to my knowledge, and deserves every bit of second guessing and criticism until his hand picked successor does what he told us he was hired to do.

I dunno. Orgeron lost 0-10 and he took absolutely no chances that game. I think Miles could've had a shot at a closer game than that.

Les promised change half heartedly.. he would always come back with “when ya have LF” comments so I knew it was bs. And sure enough he not only didn’t change but absolutely shite the bed n a huge opener m Green Bay among the other 3 games. He deserved it and I bet now he knows he screwed the pooch. Fans gave him more time than he deserved because he won so much and trust me I hate saying that about our HOF coach. But I do wander if Miles has been there to hire Canada. Or if he would’ve fired Cam and got Canada one year earlier . Who knows how great it could have been

This is where we write you off as a complete dumb arse. Go suck on Alleva. You deserve each other.

We lose a few more games, but our defense looks stellar...
The Florida loss was inexcusable. Les wouldn't have lost that one.

So was the Troy loss. All this give O time is B.S.

Wtf dude ? Does it make u feel good to insult strangers because they thought Les screwed the pooch?

It was a stupid statement. It didn't even make sense with the "three" statement. I don't think you're very smart.

Reason Alleva fired miles then was because he knew miles would win remaining games minus Bama. Miles would still be the coach

While people were blowing O for going 6-2 down the stretch in 2016 they either didn't realize or didn't care that Les probably goes 7-1 down the stretch. The 2016 schedule was brutally bad after the Auburn game.

I meant the first 4 games of the season and the fact that the offense was the same old offense. There does that make sense. ?? I am sorry I didn’t spell it out better for you. I bet most people understood what I meant but I guess it went over your head.

You're stating this as if it is a fact.
