Steve? I Agree with you Steve. Ensminger doesn't get enough credit. Great thing about him is he doesn't care and is selfless. Great coach.

Underwood is not coming here with these names man. yeah Sloan had a big hand but he is coming here for a proven signal caller which Sloan has not proven.

Whatever....all I know is that 'no Brady', no Natty. Ensminger showed what he was capable of in 2018.

Pretty easy for just about any system to work with Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, Clyde. That being said, Brady had play calling responsibility on all red zone and third downs. Ensminger had the rest. If you watch "One For The Ages", everytime Burrow is communicating with the booth, he is talking to Brady.

But one guy is no longer a coach and the other is about to be promoted to full-time OC of the Buffalo Bills
Ensminger is like twice his age and has been coaching a very long time to that point.
Apples to oranges comparison bud

Semantics and the one that was is never given any credit. Brady designed, Ensminger called. About as Co as you can get.
Who was paid the OC salary of $800K and who was paid the Passing Game coordinators salary of $410K? That isn't semantics. That is $390K.

A ship can have only 1 captain.

Where and when has co-coaches worked?

It can work. The title of co-ordinator is usually in name only to keep egos in check and to delay good assistants leaving.
One coach typically oversees OL, RB, and TE. Other coach oversees QB and WR and secondary oversight of RB & TE in passing situations. One person is calling plays.

someone posted a big list but Clemson had go Co-OCs from 2015-2019. Absolutely their best run.
