If I'm a WR I'm not catching shite over the middle against team A with those two head hunters back there

OP’s First Post?
And “B” is the most correct answer.
It’s been an embarrassment of riches at DBU.

E. Four not on your list: Derek Stingley, Jr; Dr. Tommy Casanova III (3-time First String All-American DB; 3-time NFL Pro Bowl; #37 LSU jersey retired); Jerry Stovall (2nd in 1962 Heisman; DB, RB, punter; 3-time NFL Pro Bowl; #2 overall NFL draft pick 1963 draft; #3 overall AFL draft pick; #21 LSU jersey retired); Johnny Robinson (10-time NFL All-Pro; NFL HOF'er)

(from "the gridiron news")
But before it was brought into the mainstream, the foundation for what D.B.U. would become can be traced all the way back to the 1978 football season. That year, a group of players in the LSU defensive secondary would have a very productive season. Chris Williams, Willie Teal, Marcus Quinn, and James Britt, nicknamed the “Soul Patrol”, recorded 16 INT’s as a unit. From 1978-1980, they would go on to record a total of 33 INT’s. Of the four, Williams would have the most productive career in a Tiger uniform: he is the SEC career leader with 20 INT’s, which ranks 10th all-time in NCAA history.

Jalen Mills was ok. But I would have went with Chevis Jackson.

the shite are these groupings?

So many great older secondaries who never get any mention. Even under Hallman we had some great secondaries. How about the “To Catch a Thief” group then immediately after you had Tory James, Denard Walker, Rodney Young and Ivory Hilliard together. Have we had another pair of NFL #1s who started for 5+ years on the same rotation besides Walker and James? I’d say they’re our most underrated pair who started at the same time for LSU.

B. Would be the best secondary ever.
I like this group better, though:
Tyrann Mathieu, Laron Landry, Patrick Peterson, Derek Stingley.
The Stingley spot was hardest to pick since he has only had 1 year but his talent is undeniable. Could have went with Mo or Greedy.

I would rank them:
B>C>D>A
B>C>D>A

B
But Chad Jones was a monster. His hits are my first memories of watching LSU live at Tiger stadium against Arkansas.

This one and it isn’t particularly close.

Which Legendary LSU Secondary are you taking??
2020 if they. get to play.
Stingley and three others make a majority.
2021 will be one of the best ever

Two of the best pure cover guys to ever play for LSU, plus Landry enforcing and Mathieu making plays and doing his thing... B is the correct answer.
