Are we possibly better off having lost? Since it's single elimination in the semis anyway, and we now get to play Ole Miss rather than Kentucky tomorrow, are we really worse off for losing in this screwy format?

Pitching Gausman on somewhat short rest against maybe the best pitcher in the country would have been futile. PM is using the correct strategy... Try to steal one using midweek pitching ..and if you win..great...if you lose...now we have our weekend rotation ready to go.

Plus..who cares about the SEC tourney anyhow?

Cost vs. Benefit, experience is what we got more of. Tournament experience for our pitchers. we took 2 of 3 from the defending champs at their place less than a week ago. LSU will be fine.
