As I said pulmonary deserves a D. He leave s pitchers in way too long. His batting order was never consistent. Base running blunders. Making Hess a starter. Pitching injured pitchers when there no where ready. 15-15 crappy year especially after we were in CWS last year. Getting swept at SC. Blew the Ole Miss series with putting wrong pitcher in game. Yesterday was a disaster. WTF putting in Fontenot gave up 7 runs ga,e over I could on D. We will be lucky to get in a regional. Pulmonary sucked this year

Sounds like you guys are starting pilk tomorrow, i dont think thats a good idea unless they just want him to go 3-4 innings

Id say its more likely that pilkington is ineffective than that he mows us down. 4 days rest? And state is already locked into the tourney.
One thing is for sure, we need to be patient againsy him to get that pitch count up, he shouldnt last more than 5

I just don’t know why State would throw Pilkington on short rest when they’re a lock. Seems like a very unnecessary risk a week before the NCAAT
