Let me know when any of Ripple’s clients actually use the XRP token. Until then it has zero demand outside of trading. Also, there are plenty of cryptocurrencies that have better technology than bitcoin, but adoption of crypto is similar to network effects— the more one is in use the harder it is for a new crypto to replace it regardless of its technological advantages.

What is your timeline? I bought bitcoin and Ethereum earlier this year. I am looking at it as a long-term play. I think it will continue to increase in value over the next decade, however, there will be dips and valleys.
