You think this is the final stop at 3.15 before the train chugs up and away?

Historically no. But ceo investment has been virtually non existent until now. They we granted shares as part of their pay package and would sell those as needed. This is the first significant share purchase that I can recall in this thread.

Crazy that this thing was down another 9-10% to the $2.70s in pre-market. shite can flip so fast in this market. SLI's pre-market price action has to be one of the most unreliable indicators in the market . Don't know how many times we're big green in pre-market and end the day red, or vice versa. Got myself another 200ish shares since it started dipping mid-October, so hopefully we got another run starting. This time lithium prices may give us a tailwind instead of being a headwind.

Ended up buying another little today, picked up 312 shares in total and got my average cost down from $12.08 in 2021 to $4.75. Didn’t realize it’s been 4 years of holding this. I’ll buy more if it stays in the $3 range or lower. If it gets back in the $1 range I’m going to load up.

Anyone notice institutional holders of SLI went from 125, where it's hovered for 18+ months, to 143? Interesting

Wtf? Did everyone sell their shares to buyout Brian Kelly? Today was a very interesting day with a fair bit to talk about and this board is dead.

How do we feel about Exxon pushing back their timeline? What about Tom Cotton and John Cornyn publicly endorsing the project? What about the financing of the project not being additional share dilution?

Lots of great news all around this stock today.

I guess cause I already knew these things. Thought all that had been public knowledge for a bit. Maybe I just assumed everyone knew they weren't going to have to dilute anymore to get financing.

Tetra will start building in Lewisville AR before SLI, but that doesn't mean anything. As far as I can tell it'll be their first attempt at a demo/test site. When we start, it'll be the big build. Exxon don't have a reliable means of extraction. They're still looking.

Yeh I think this is where I was at on it too.

The press is good, though. I reckon that's how you "get in early" on a company. The DD has to lead you to conclusions/knowns before the Street at large finds out about it. That's why we all think this company is "undervalued".

Man I hope my other spec play binary hits or dies before SLI takes off. I'd love to add another 30-50k shares under $6. I am actively looking to get overleveraged in this company before 2027.

Unfortunately that dream is gone. Equinor owning 49% of (almost) everything pretty much nips that in the bud.

I think we have a strong chance that Equinor buys it out for a 100% premium sometime after SW Arkansas comes online and has contracts. And that price may well be close to $30 anyway. Just, not right now.

I'd keep SLI and my defense contractors, but everyone else would be shite out of luck.
