Don't know if I'm the only one that feels this, but the extremely lethargic march to production gives the appearance of the fake it until you make it scenario, a la Nikola.

I disagree, I think the announcements coming are just very hard to get right legally before they can be announced. Offtakes and FID will change the direction and energy in a split second.

I agree with you, to me it just gives the appearance I described and that is one explanation for the crappy price. It's so low right now the shorts aren't wasting their time with it. If share lending were going on I'd be a happy camper.

On this note, I actually have shares lent out today for the first time in months.
Not many, but could be a sign that things are picking back up.
Update: Shares out have been increasing every day. About half of mine were lent out yesterday. Rate is still only 0.5% though.
