CFO said they expect to finance SWA Phase 1 with $1B in debt, the $225M Dept of Energy grant, milestone payments from Equinor, and that they expect to have to come up with $150M in cash from equity.

Just finished the Fireside chat with CFO. One major new piece of info for us shareholders is the capex breakdown. If I caught what the CFO said correctly:
$1.45B total capex - $1B debt assumed - $225M grant - $40M conditional payments from Equinor after FID = $300M equity needed
Equinor’s 45% of that $300M = $135M
SLI’s 55% of that $300M = 165M
Maybe I missed a piece because CFO said SLI would be responsible for only $150M in equity. Also said something like there being creative options that shareholders would appreciate (offtakes included in equity portion?). I was expecting more equity needed. Maybe that massive $1B shelf offering was just a formality to decrease risk for lenders (that SLI could repay them using the shelf if needed)

edit my math above doesn’t work but the bottom line is that he said $150M for SLI’s equity portion. Will need to relisten and update my post later

Does anyone have a link to the Fireside Chat?

Made a few trades today, ended up with some loose change to burn, added 115 more shares. Puts my total position at 10,290. Didn't move the needle much but figured it was a good time to add a little more before it establishes a solid floor above $3.

A good buddy of mine that has a ranch outside of Emory, TX just texted me that a Landman for Tomahawk Energy out of Midland sent him a lease agreement on behalf of their client, Tres Osos Lithium, offering a royalty rate of 2.5% (same as SLI's in AR) and $150/acre bonus. He owns surface and minerals.

been holding some from the recent dip in April. from a TA standpoint, looks like it will come back down to $2.40ish before making its final move up
unless we get monumental news

Benefitting from a good day in the sector today.
Hopefully we can actually hold $3 this time. Would be nice to see some continuation tomorrow and start getting closer to that $3.50 range.

There's been a few upgrades that haven't hurt.

ETx report within the next two weeks certainly shouldn’t hurt :)

Yep. Saw one of the upgrades last week to like $4.70 I think.
Artificial intelligence says average analyst target is $4.50 for SLI right now. I’ll take it.

Has there been any mention of a big facility upgrade? I work for a big industrial construction company here in Baton Rouge and a package came through the office last week for a couple hundred million dollar project in Arkansas with Standard Lithium's name on it. They are looking for a TIC value on the engineering and construction. I didn't know if this was public information or not.

I thought that is what the DFS was for?
Great to hear though. So is your company basically bidding on the design /build package? When are bids due?
