Might be in for a few days of sell the fact but, hard for me to find anything negative in the numbers.

Depends on which “earnings” you are looking at. They missed on the Datacenter business revenue, which a lot of people were keyed in on

Guidance was great, but long term this stock is now a slow riser. I own 800 shares and will never sell those and just take the now 8-10% a year

When growth starts to slow on a growth stock, its time to start taking profits

Depends on your perspective and goals. When China opens back up for NVDA, it will be huge.

Also, they will continue to drive the market of the foreseeable future. I got in at $108 and will hold them for long term.

The right plays are the other companies around them that utilize their technology and plan for massive growth. I’m in those as well.

To each their own. I’m bullish on AI, as the majority of tech stocks showed in their Q2 earnings and guidance

I am leaning NVDA was the right play for sure, but they are so heavily dependent on Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon that if even one of them announces they are curtailing AI spending in the near term. Could have severe ramifications for the stock and the market as a whole.

All of them are struggling to monetize AI, and are trying to shoehorn it in all their products looking for the silver bullet.

Maybe they find the killer usage case that drives adoption, but it has not happened yet

Completely wrong. That MIT report was lacking so many variables and almost a scare tactic

Many enterprise organizations have done this 10 fold. What they are realizing, is they can cut their AI times today and achieve those goals, due to automation in the AI space. Don’t be fooled by them cutting AI programs engineering vs recognizing value and enabling their smaller team to do more with less. Same thing happened with virtualization 18 years ago with the introduction of VMWare

You probably shouldn’t be buying individual equities if that’s your thoughts on the print.

I had some cash lying around so not too worried about it really, I feel like you can't really lose with NVDA at this point.

China revenue and missing on the whisper number from data centers is weighing it down. I am long it so no worries from me. I think they didn't include China in their forward outlook.

Overall, the numbers are strong in the report. Difficulties around forward looking numbers due to the tariff environment is affecting outlook language in the reporting for numerous companies.

Too general of a statement. The underlying reasons are important. Also, one report does not make a trend. The China aspect alone is in a volatile state and could be significantly different in near future.
