Is the root cause all the people trying to grab a few more shares before the EPA announcement?

<-- Guilty

I do wonder what the short position is here. I forgot that I put my shares up for lending a while back. And 10 days ago, it notified me I'm apparently lending 20k right now.

Maybe some people betting on EPA approval not happening, or not happening soon? Sounds like a dangerous game to play. And then I wonder what will happen if EPA approval is announced soon. Do the shorts just bite the bullet and save what they can of their arse? If they get out of the way, that will help this thing run.

Not sure if accurate, but I'm seeing 0% short holdings.

Has anyone asked the guy on the yahoo boards for him to request another update from the epa on the status of the approval?

Think we are ciming up on three weeks now.

I don’t mind asking him if someone can send me the link to the board post . I tried searching any can’t find the post.

Good idea, but I'd wait another week or 2 to ask.

Even if that timeline, I'm not convinced we'll necessarily hear anything this week or next. After the Risk Management stage, they still have to get the consent order signed and then the EPA publishes it in the Federal Register. No idea how long those things take, but I doubt it's a same-day process.

*For context, the EPA's site shows 441 new chemicals applications in various stages. It still shows the 2 Hydrograph applications in the "Risk Management" stage. There are also 60 other applications currently in the "Awaiting Submitter Signature on Order" stage.

Remember you are buying from someone who is not as convinced as you that it will go up. I’m not saying they are short but they are willing to sell.

It would be interesting to see the relationship between HG’s price vs volume as compared to others

Great volume in the last hour. This has to be people expecting the EPA to act soon.

The status will change once the EPA pushes the consent order to HGRAF. It goes from "Risk Management" to "Awaiting Submitter Signature on Order". Once HGRAF signs it, I believe it gets closed and drops off the list of active cases.

We are looking for the status to change to "Awaiting Submitter Signature on Order". I believe it usually a week or two after that when HGRAF agrees to the conditions and signs it. I assume that while HGRAF is reviewing/signing it, they are also working to get contract orders signed, as well.

I am looking at the link on the EPA site, and it appears to be a static list from Feb 1st. The numbers have not changed.

Is there a dynamic site that shows the changes as they happen?

I'm sure someone on the HGRAF X page will announce it, but I'd like to quit wasting my time looking at the Feb 1st spreadsheet...

My guess is that HG will not wait for the very final step before publicly announcing progress with EPA approval. It would not surprise me if they have a draft PR announcement floating around internally nearly ready for release.

We all know what rides on this approval and I'm certain HG is ready to pounce when EPA contacts them with a status change, especially if it's a positive change.

Could be, but we'll still will know when it converts to the awaiting submitter signature stage, regardless.

Random thought. Glad to see it currently creeping towards $3, that helps with NASDAQ uplisting in the near future.

If its sitting close to $3 prior to close in time HQ opening announcement and EPA approval then the required $4 for uplisting should be an afterthought.

I think the listing on the NASDAQ could be a bigger boost than the EPA announcement. I say that because I believe institutional buyers will be jumping in if they are listed AND have the EPA approval. They have a fiduciary responsibility that we do not have, and won't be putting money on a speculative stock, like HGRAF. If we see those institutional buyers, it will reaffirm that this thing is going in the right direction.

This stock should be an easy one to figure out. All the investors have to do is talk to the scientists and potential customers to figure out if HGRAF has the customers to make billions of dollars.

My question about that would be if they jump the gun on that too aggressively would NASDAQ disapprove and would that affect their listing?
