I've had 3 people invest after talking to me. Of course, two of them are related to me, and the 3rd was the afore mentioned dude in a bar.
One of the guys who invested is my nephew, who is fresh out of Harvard and working for a commercial real estate company. He actually liked the company enough that he called the VP in charge of facilities for HGRAF and talked to him for about an hour. The guy told him that they may be in need of some real estate in Q2 of 2026 and to call him back at that time. My nephew actually used the fact that I had talked him into investing as a segue into explaining why he was calling him.
My nephew is a 23 year old kid, but he is going places. Already closing big deals for his real estate company. Super personable kid and easy to talk to, so I am not surprised that he got the guy on the line...

Seems like the opposite today. At this rate, we might be on the NASDAQ by 3:00
Damn.
How long does a NASDAQ listing take? Do they apply and then they get approved once they hit the $4 mark? Is the $4 hurdle absolute, and how long do you have to remain above $4? I don't know nuthin' about the process. Kjirstin Breure mentioned that there was a lot of red tape that had to be negotiated...

Good question, I've wondered the same thing. According to Chat, once a company hits $4, it can take 4-8 weeks to get listed assuming they have already pre-submitted their application (I think HGRAF has?). If not, then 2-4 months.
If during that 4-8 week review period, the price dips below $4, that can delay it further or result in a denial.

I'm assuming that people were honest about their holdings when someone asked on this thread a while back. I have no reason to believe that they wouldn't be.
I've learned not to put exact share numbers in here. I had to make a new account twice because of this. People will connect dots and ask for money.
That being said this kinda reminds me of being on the train before SLI was officially listed. Made a strong amount and then hopped back in once it crashed. I'd love to trust myself to do the same here but I always saw SLI as a 5-10 year thing. This could make us a nice amount of money faster with multiple entries as it ebbs and flows.
ETA - Had to fix some wording.

As soon as I do it'll drop those $0.60s

Then I definitely think you should stay away

I showed him a few articles, and he is now an investor.
I bought, then told my sister to do the DD and see if she wanted to get in too. She wanted to, but Robinhood doesn't sell it. Her BF bought a few hundred just to watch it. She never approached her FA about buying any in that account, so she is watching it go up.

So it should go up to $10±, just to be sure...

Up 10% each of the last 2 days. Let’s keep this gravy train rolling and grab another 10% today.
I feel like something is up besides just the price. EPA approval, come on down!

I always expect pullbacks on Fridays. Don’t know why.

I hear you and honestly, I expect a pullback today too unless some breaking news hits. BUT, I don’t believe it enough to sell and try to capitalize on it.
No profit taking until $10. I don’t know what I’ll do if it starts crashing.

The market overall has trended down on Fridays for the past 7 or 8 months, it seems

I agree, and it's worse on holiday weekends. I blame it on the growth of "E-Trade" and "Robin hood" investor types looking for weekend spending money.

Their Lab Manager job posting for Austin is still up. Are you saying someone was hired or is this something different?

Disregard.
I’m not hijacking the thread like that.

On their website, they have Suhao Li as the R&D application lead at the GEIC.
