So, somebody in this thread called it that was stock would take a dive today. Do we anticipate the same negative movement tomorrow or will we come back up?

The most likely move is a creep up. Offerings almost always cause negative action as you saw yesterday, but the positive is it bounced back a settled.

We are all sitting around and waiting for the next company move, which will likely happen very soon. If you want in you better hurry, the credibility in the product and the company is gaining ground.

I’m set for now. Not OTBaller set, but set. If for some reason it heads below 3.00 I will add 20%.

If not I am fine and I am actually on the train.

They now have a metric frickton of cash to plow forward with. The offering yesterday diluted the value about 2%. The stock went down almost 6%. I expect it will spend the rest of the week trying to raise the floor to $4.

The news of real estate procurement and the start of construction of the short pipeline will light a small fire under the stock price. I can see that announcement, combined with a few other tidbits of good news, to get it between $5-6.

The announcement that will come in April that they are moving the 2 new hyperions to Austin, to get crunk up, will help this rise. The next announcement of building another handful of hyperions will grow it more.

Any announcements of contracts to sell will add another couple of dollars, depending on size.

Everything I say may be wrong. Good luck to all.

With all of the catalyst coming down the road this year i would be shocked if HGRAF fell that low but if it does i will be adding as well.

Nasdaq listing, acetylene pipeline contract, purchase agreements with customers.

These are just three of the anticipated catalysts that should be coming soon according to Kjirsten B.

I hear you. And it was pretty easy for me to say that.

That’s why if it does actually happen , I’m jumping in more.

Of the ones you list above I believe raw material supply contracts are the most likely to drop soon, acetylene and oxygen.

It won't move the stock price needle much because they are "worker bee" type positions, but I'd like to see them begin to fill the open positions listed on their career page. That tells me the ramp up is real and 2026 could hockey stick at some point.

It's still also unclear to me what they intend to do with the flammable waste gas that is a by-product of their process? As they get to 1000 tons/year of production, that's not a minor inconvenience and needs a home or needs to be captured and burned. What are they doing with small amounts generated it in the Kansas labs during this R&D phase?

If I had to guee order of operation, I too would think formal announcement of Houston plant/acetylene supply contract, then some revenue contracts, then Nasdaq and then more revenue.

I would be really surprised if supply contract/plant is not literally any day now

The gas line is great. It shows intent to create product to fill future POs. Another thing that will show intent and expected volume, is a contract to build Hyperions.

In order to meet massive volume, they need a lot of these suckers, not just a handful here and there. They need hundreds, if not thousands. To make 10,000 tons/year, they will need 1,000 Hyperions. They need to sign a contract with a builder and commit to X number of units to be built this year. Whatever "X" is, will give us an indicator of much graphene they plan on selling.

My guess is that we're going to see fluctuations until the next positive announcement. I think we'll see it creep up and if we go too long without hearing anything, it will start to slide down, as people get nervous.

The one announcement that I want to see over everything else is that the DoW is buying. That would be good PR, as well as good business.

ETA: As more institutional buyers get in, I think we'll see more manipulation. Big ups and downs with little or no news to justify it.

My hopes is that the price will go up significantly with new contracts and institutional buyers jumping in. I want the big boys fricking with the price between $20-$40, not $2-$10. That way, we can all sit on the sidelines and watch the show, or even jump out with a healthy profit, at that point.

4.32 now.

I often wonder about guys, here, that have 100,000 shares seeing the number go up and down so quick.

They’ve already zeroed out on losses. But still has to be wild.

I bought 5000 shares at $3.75 yesterday earlier today, I put in a sell order for $4.25. Didn't expect it to hit so quickly. I'm going to look for another opportunity to do it again. $2,500 profit. Not bad.

Imagine getting 100,000 shares for 20k back then. That 20k might get you around 4500 shares now. That’s wild.

So you've let your FU money go to your head and allowed your personal hygiene go to hell?

Little soon for that, no?

Was hoping it would land with a few laughs, but guess I missed the mark, sorry... Was funny in my head.
In reality there is little to no stress at all, the daily events of life have not changed one bit, been through this before.
