I can't find where they mentioned they even applied yet. If they applied today it's a 4 to 6 weeks review. The stock price has been above $4 since Feb 25th. TBH if they still have not submitted the application then something is holding them back, can only speculate what that may be. "NASDAQ uplisting in Q2" means they need to get that application submitted really soon. If it does not get uplisted in Q2 then its egg on their face.

TIFWIW….I read on Reddit a few weeks back that their internal audit had some sort of issues or filing errors and that needed remediating. Someone posted as well that is was an easy fix to refile

This stock is going to continue making massive price swings. It's movements are solely based on operation announcements and the current Iranian conflict. I don't mean that as HGRAF is directly tied to what is going on, but geopolitical conflict creates the type of market volatility that HAMMERS speculative stocks like HGRAF the most.
I've said it before. Those who are accumulating should be drooling at the mouth when those large dips occur because these dips are not based on a failing aspect of the company.

I added another 100 shares at $5.07. Slowly been getting there buying every couple of weeks when I see a decent dip. Missed last week but still feel ok in the fives.

Most things I own have been retreating since the scrap in the sand started. I am starting to see everything as a spring, winding tighter and ready to spring up. Th trigger that releases the spring is going to be the announcement that it is over.
Announcements of "We are winning, bigly, their Navy is on the bottom, and their Airforce is shrapnel" just makes the market go down. Word that it's over a few days before that Nasdaq news would be a yuge primer.
