Wonder if HGRAF is even on 3M radar ?

The nasdaq listing alone will open up the vast majority of American investors that currently really have no access. That is part of the original thesis I was hoping on.

Dare I ask, remember way back on Monday morning when we opened at 1.05?

The defense at 1.50 then the defense at 2.00 indicates less likelihood of a pump and dump ...
But it will be a struggle to get over $3-4/share as an OTC ...
There will likely be additional entry points at sub $2/share into September/October

Apologies for asking. But when it opens up on the NASDAQ, and we owned them on Fidelity, your shares switch over to a different distributor?

The stock symbol would change but the shares would still in fidelity

I would imagine they have a whole team of people scouring the world for new technologies. Just like us though, it’s hard to go all in until you see concrete (no pun intended) results.

I have another question. We all bought in August. If HGRAF sells out to Monsanto in June, is there any way to avoid taxes for a short term hold? Stock Swap? Would be a shame to be forced to sell and pay 35% tax when your a month or two from being able to claim long term capital gains.
I know that it is unlikely that this will happen that quickly, but humor me...

Thank you very much for telling me that.

Depends on structure. Stock deal can defer if structured a certain way - but even a share swap cantrigger unless some some of tax free reorg (getting out of my depths).
So I am useless to you on this question

If it comes to this, that is probably good, on balance. Let's just hope any corporate takeovers occur on a tax-friendly timeline.

What's the thoughts on having the same person as the CEO/President and Chairman of the Board?
Posted on 8/15/25 at 2:20 pm to Nursie21
She has public stated it’s temporary and she intends to leave the chair role as soon as possible. No doubt board positions are looking a lot more attractive than they were 2 months ago

I just looked it up and these guys are supposed to report Q3 next Thursday, 8/21. Given the action when nothings really happening, next week is going to be crazy.

I’ll have dry powder ready

What are they going to say?
My understanding is that they are going to talk about their new production facility and announce a new partner. I hope the partner is not Hawkeye Bio, as that is old news.
Would be nice if the new partner is the DoD. That would make my day...

From the announcement to completion of most M&A typically takes 6-9 months depending on the amount of due diligence and regulatory scrutiny etc so I wouldn't be too terribly concerned with this right now, that would be one heck of a turnaround on an acquisition. On a lighter note, being upset about paying 35% instead of 15% on what would be an easy 200-500% gain for most of us in here is..well just not that important in the grand scheme of things I think.

Who knows…but anything even remotely interesting could swing this stock all over the place.

I guess it depends on the amount. Someone in here has 50,000 shares. For the sake of argument, let's say the buyout is $40/share. The difference in taxes would be $300,000. For people who complain about whether they bought the stock at $0.98 or $1.02, I can guarantee you they would be upset over a $300k difference.
Obviously, not everyone has 50k shares, but someone with 5000 shares still stands to lose $40k, and there are plenty of us on this board with at least 5k shares, I think.
Having said that, I think you're right - I don't think it's very likely that they'll put together a deal that quickly, although technically it's possible

I think by Nasdaq she relinquishes the Chairman role - she has mentioned that and I believe it. Really she has been a one girl shop for months - no real CFO (part time accountant helping etc) and relying on legal for the contracts as she should.
I suspect the C suite will be built out in the next few months and then the Chairman.
Heck if I still lived in Austin (did years ago), I would have been half tested to take a run at the CFO job lol
