Looks like shorters are back if he is saying his shares were leant out.
With no material updates to the manufacturing facility, contracts with customers, stock listing to Nasdaq or epa approval, the shorters are going to keep driving it down

Is that a good sign or bad sign?
If you are looking to buy more shares, it's probably good.
HGRAF has been tight lipped about what is going on, right now. Just waiting for EPA approval. I take that as a good sign. If they were a "pump and dump", they would be pumping it. They aren't doing that. They seem to be hiring people who can help with government contracts.
I assumed this would happen. People are getting tired of waiting and short sellers are trying to take advantage. In the end, it won't make a difference, because this thing will either go to zero, or to the moon.

Put a GTC Limited sell order in at $350 per share. This stops naked shorting, using your shares without permission.

The most I can do is around $10 on fidelity.

Do you think this stock could go up over 10 bucks/share on the announcement of EPA approval?
It's possible. EPA approval would be a huge announcement.
Also, in he CEO's interview the other day, she said that they use a 70 liter detonation chamber right now to produce their graphene. She said they will likely just build out a number of those 70 liter units, instead of scaling it up to larger units. Bigger units means bigger explosions. Bigger explosions could lead to bigger issues if something goes wrong. I thought that the EPA approval might be moving slow because of the concern over the size of the detonation chamber. Knowing that that is not a concern makes me feel better about it.
ETA: I don't know nothin' 'bout EPA approvals. The size of the detonation chamber may not have anything to do with the approval. Just my own concers...

No clue about any of that. I do think there's a chance they reverse split to get their stock price higher before NASDAQ, but who knows what that timeline could be.
Decent volume today. Some taking profits (or losses), some accumulating, I guess.

All they have to do is announce any positive moves and this will be up quickly.

CEO said they don't have a timeline for NASDAQ. I think they understand that the EPA announcement, followed by production facility announcement and customer announcements would take this well over the $4 threshold needed. I think the NASDAQ listing will come after they have cleared the threshold. I would be worried if they had to muck around with the numbers in order to get it listed. That would show a lack of confidence, if you ask me.

Damn.
If we get to 1.20 this week, I’m picking up more.

It’s falling like a rock. I guess I’ll buy more but it could be under $1 by Jan

Talk of another government shutdown probably isn't helping. If the EPA decision is delayed even further because of another government shutdown, then we'll see it go down even further.

I still have yet to reenter here. I'd love to get back in but I'm becoming more and more skeptical.
Sounds like they've been trying for EPA approval for a long time and CEO saying that Nasdaq listing isn't a priority any more was a bit concerning to me.

It seems like there is pretty strong support around $1.60, but I just started watching this thing a week ago.

I will counter that, but do what you feel is right.
1.) It's cheap. You can buy enough stoke to make a mint, without breaking the bank.
2.) Yes, they have been waiting on the EPA for a while, but I would contend that if this was a pump and dump scam, they would be pumping like crazy to get the stock up. We haven't seen massive sell offs, so the Kevin Bambroughs aren't selling, and neither is the senior management. If the EPA isn't happening, skepticism will just grow. My contention is that they are not worried. They know if they get the EPA approval, they won't have to worry about the stock price. Right now, they should be working with potential clients to verify that the product works. It appears that is exactly what they are doing - not wasting time on a PR campaign.
3.) NASDAQ listing. They could probably get a NASDAQ listing by doing something funny, like a reverse stock split to get to the $4 threshold. The CEO doesn't want a timeline on it, because it all depends on the EPA approval. If they get EPA approval, they will sign a deal to build a production facility, and this stock could go to double digits overnight. When that happens, they will qualify for NASDAQ listing.
4.) The fact that this stock isn't 8 cents a share, is evidence that a lot of people believe in the science and that this could be huge. Some liken it to the invention of plastic. People like you are getting frustrated, and getting out, but others are still buying and accumulating. Why not? See point #1.
If they are lining up customers, as they should be, this thing could take off like a rocket. You don't want to miss that, if it happens.

I just started watching this thing a week ago.
This one would be a fun one to day trade. I don't know if you've noticed, but it will often go up 7-10 percent in the morning and then work it's way down by the end of the day. Right now, it's up 16 cents/share. If the pattern holds, it will finish up 5 or 6 cents.
The opposite happens when it starts out down 10% in the morning, as it will usually rally by days end to finish up the day close to break even.
No options, though.

I have been trading and making 10 to 25% when it was much lower. Bought another 1000 shares at 1.72 earlier this week and watched it go down to around 1.60 and waiting for it to go above 2.00 to make profit but may use these as core base and trade around with house money.

I hear you. Im busy off and on during the day, so I dont try to day trade.
I'm all in as much as I'm going to be. I see this as a fun one to hold, and hopefully I wake up one day, two years from now, and I'm rich...
