There are several companies advancing robotics. What gives Tesla the real edge is their training data and their production manufacturing experience ( huge facilities). I think most of the robot companies will do well, if they have a good product. For me, what sets Tesla apart is the ability to scale. Say If for instance Toyota would have gotten deeper into the electric car business years ago and had started really working on AI and robotics, I would definitely be buying that stock. There is more than enough room for all the players, but you have to ask yourself who can manufacture a good product and get them out the door in the largest volume. I think NVDA will make great robots.

many companies will make good robots
only a handful of companies have the resources to make great ones
tesla and nvda are in that group

Yep, you must be a lefty huh? You can't argue the facts, you just do drive-bys and think you're clever. I have an idea, let's make a deal where I go buy some Telsa today and you hold your short through December. Deal?

Not a lefty, I just like making money.
Tripled my money shorting TSLA in the last 3 months.
Good Luck, 2027 will be here before you know it.

Lol, you obviously don't know anything about Tesla's fundamentals.
Oh, PLEASE share all the great news coming out of TSLA HQ these days!!! I’m sure they’re introducing all sorts of new models, beating sales records quarterly after quarter, and their CEO is grinding every day to make the business more profitable! I’m sure their P/E is right in line with other car manufacturers, too.

FAFO stage. After all the shite ABI went though, you think these people would know better. Left or right, all money is green.

The Tesla Cult is always telling me that Tesla isn't a car company.
Yet somehow the stock is crashing in tandem with car sales crashing.

Lol, did you stop to ask yourself if car sales are crashing? Could it be that this is a false claim? I suggest you hold your imaginary short to see if that is actually the case.

Car sales data is pretty black and white. Tesla sales have definitely crashed.

No, it's actually not. If you were invested in the stock and actually followed it, you would know why the sales are down. You can't sell cars that aren't available. If the company tells you they are shutting down production because they are rolling out a refreshed model then lower sales are expected. The narrative is that people aren't buying his cars because of political reasons is far overblown and done for malicious reasons. The media wants to crash Tesla stock, and they have done it. However, it is just a short term thing and a few months from now the noise will be filtered out.
In the meantime, have fun with your narrative. I imagine that is how you vote as well. Where you just believe whatever the media tells you too......

You’ve been regurgitating this “they can’t sell cars that aren’t available” line every chance you get. You have an article or anything discussing the lack of inventory or production shutdowns affecting sales? I literally googled “Tesla inventory” and can’t find anything besides articles discussing Tesla cutting the price on certain prior year models to bolster sales. Also, Tesla website shows plenty of inventory within 200 miles of me.

NVDA just announced their humanoid robot Nvidia Isaac GR00T N1
Is it going to bring in $100T per quarter like Tesla’s?

Don't know about the share price tanking, but I drove a Cybertruck around Baton Rouge over the weekend and the tech aspects were impressive. After we had driven across town, we had the car self drive us back to the owner's house. It was a little freaky but it had no problem navigating BR traffic, which is something that ordinary folks seem to have a lot of trouble with.
It is an ugly car and not practical as a truck. I won't buy one. But it is very advanced over other cars I've driven. With proper styling and a better suspension, i would seriously consider buying a Tesla car.

I leased a Y on their deal. The mobile mechanic guy that was working the showroom at the time of my test drive said he worked there 8yrs and had never seen as many sales as 2024
Maybe hes FOS but he was pretty fired up about it

“they can’t sell cars that aren’t available
You make my point....You don't even know the model Y was just refreshed and that production of the old vehicles had to stop to start with the new models. You don't know this caused a lack of available cars and people holding off buying cars so they could get the newer model. There is so much you think you know that you don't know. If you rely on Google to tell you what is the latest on stocks you are in a hole.
If google is your research, that explains your lack of knowledge. How about you try X, where people in the know actually get their news. Maybe even look into the dozens of podcasts that actually go deep in the weeds on specific stocks.
