The only real argument in terms of SOS bama fans can make is that there just shouldn’t be conferences and we should create a nationalized schedule to balance out schedules for every one.
But they wouldn’t want that, because then you wouldn’t be able to benefit from the inherit bias given to 2 conferences over everyone else
You can’t even really make “12 best teams” as your argument because they introduced the auto bids. Clearly there’s more to the criteria than there used to be
