What probably hurt worse was Spoon's knee crushing his throat. Watch the replay, Spoon tripped and his knee landed right under his helmet. Had to hurt.

it makes sense if you think about how guys get hurt via horse collars. when they're running and get 2 hands pulling it down, the legs are in danger. a DL getting 1 arm on it via angle, on a stationary QB? not as dangerous
