since Kobe was kicked out
initially, he was kicked out. Then he went to a doctor after one of the many competitions he was in and was told his insides were being destroyed. So Kobayashi quit for health reasons.

I bet Chestnut passes away in the next few years because of complications from all the contests he is involved in

Id imagine he’s been checked for this. He’s much more of a physical freak than the other guys. He’s built different

Just for a change of pace, I'd like to see a hot dog eating contest where they have to eat the dogs in the bun, with no water to soften anything.

Chestnut and Kobayashi literally did that last year. It’s on Netflix.

Sort of. They each had about 10 huge cups of water they were washing them down with. They both looked like they had Gatorade baths by the end.

Is there a rule that prevents them from yacking all that up after the contest? I know that that kind of regurgitation is not good for your body either but damn those chemicals and the 22,300 calories that are in 70 hot dogs and buns has to be brutal on your system.

And that deuce after must be absolutely monstrous.

There's a time limit I think until they can throw up, and yes some of these competitive eaters do that, but don't publicize it.

They also train by eating a frickload constantly to stretch out their stomachs then starve for a period before competition. I bet that is REAL hunger.
