That was a travel, no timeout shoud have been awarded. Kid caught the rebound, took two steps, almost went out of bounds, picked up another leg and called timeout before stepping out of bounds. It's a travel.

Houston breaks teams by fouling non stop all the time. Refs don’t call shite. Other teams get frustrated and then the fouls start.
