Your problem is you're assuming a majority of the people here are actually Clark fans and aren't just using shite like this as a vehicle to bitch about a sport they don't watch.
Caitlin is a top player who's done more for the league than pretty much anyone else. She's also got some shite treatment, this particular instance was more about how the refs gave her a tech and didn't eject the girl who bodied her while she was hurt.
That being said I have absolutely seen dude's here defend Clark but then in the next sentence say some stupid racist or sexist arse shite. Those type of people aren't actual fans they just want an excuse to shite on the league

FWIW I think its fascinating that depending on what angle you watch you see two different things
In the main angle that most of us have seen, Queen Cait looks like a passive aggressive flopping bitch.
In the less seen angle from the stands (filmed from oppo perspective) Queen Cait looks completely innocent and bullied and her teammates absolutely suck for not having her back.
