Brady QB rating in Super Bowls is 30 points lower and he lost the Super Bowl multiple times. Not saying he’s better just he was more clutch on the biggest stage

My issue is that people seem to give him all the credit for the team's success, even when he doesn't play that well. The guy walked into the best situation a QB could possibly imagine. Best coach, great skill players, great OL, great defense.
the defense has really been huge for their past couple of championship runs, but the skill players thing is very much debatable now.
But even with that, when push came to shove in both SBs, it was him making clutch plays at the end to win it.

Bady has 7, so how can the guy with 4 be more clutch if the only reason is because he has 4?

He's saying that Montana was undefeated in his Super Bowls (4/4, 100%), while Brady is 7/10 (70%).

By that logic, Mahomes is more clutch than Brady (3/4, 75%), but Super Bowls don't tell you whether a QB is clutch, necessarily.

I can't believe Brady went to 10 SBs and won 7 of them. Dude's the GOAT (for now).

It's probably Montana. Also, let's see Mahomes hit the playoffs in his later years as well.

Mahomes has too much help from the officials to be considered the most clutch in NFL history.

Idk man. It’s hard for me to call these quarterbacks clutch because every single rule is completely skewed towards the offense. Can’t even breathe on a quarterback anymore, can’t touch a receiver. I dislike that you can’t make a receiver pay for coming across the middle.

Yes, and????

Brady did the same thing coming in after Bledsoe, but he's still considered to be the GOAT at QB by most everybody (even me, and I hate the guy).

What about Aaron Rodgers coming in after Brett Favre? Does anyone take anything away from his skillset and success for that?

Nobody in their right minds would ever say that Mahomes is the single solitary reason for the Chiefs' success. But at the QB position, he IS unique and his coach knows how to put him in the best position to succeed, even if it's just saying "go out and do your thing, Patrick".

The rest of the team feeds off what Mahomes brings to the table. His receivers - especially Kelce - know what he's going to do and adapt to Mahome's strengths and capabilities.

So two things can be true at once: Mahomes isn't the sole reason for the Chief's success, but his unique skillset combined with his coach and a supporting offense maximizes what he can do with that skillset.

Brady came in to a team that had went 5-11 the year prior and was 0-2 when he took over.

Think Brady’s best receiver when he came in was Deion Branch.

He had fat Mike as a coach. And never had great skill players.

If he's a Republican? Yes. If he's a Democrat? No. Tom Brady is.

Which is dumb

Brady has 7 SB wins, Montana 4

Brady has 10 conference championship wins, Montana has 4

If you're using playoff success to determine clutch, it's not just Brady, it's Brady and there is zero logical argument for Montana based on wins.

Right, this is the answer.
