They lost multiple games this year because they'd get to the 4th quarter and forget Henry was on the team. That's clear bad coaching.

Specifically that Sunday Night home game against New England a couple weeks ago. I might have fired the whole staff after that blunder. THAT may have been the final straw

Harbaugh not going be as sought out as a lot of people think… Ozzie and the Ravens made an out of the norm pick that turned out great … but Harbaugh a special team coach… his success basically on the back of two current hall of famers (R. Lewis & E . Reed) one certain hall of famer ( T. Suggs) another one who should eventually make the hall of fame (Haloti Ngata) and a two time MVP at QB…

He'll be sought after but Schefter is a puppet and the agent is using him to pump up Harbaugh's asking price.

they were stupid to not let their troll looking qb, sit remainder of season, tank, and retool on the run.

they could of used top end of draft talent to fill needs, or deal down for even more players.

playing this season out was stupid.

Harbaugh reportedly wanted to go forward without making any changes to his coaching staff. That was unacceptable.

Mate if you think it was time for a change I'd definitely defer to you.

If I were Harbaugh Id definitely take a year off and come back hungry and refreshed but these guys dont seem to be built that way.

Damn that’s almost a quarter of the league lol. Are we sure he was actually fired and didn’t step away on his own accord?

Guy has to be the most in demand free agent HC of all-time at any level of football.

I am actually not that surprised. My first job out of college was for the company that Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti started & made him a billionaire. He is as bloodthirsty as they come & if something goes wrong you are out. I am surprised he made it as long as he did but he is a really good coach for a franchise that has had a great structure & system. It is going to be interesting to see who Bisciotti hires. He used to be borderline psychotic, but I am interested to see if he has changed.
