I can't imagine anyone on the board knowing this, but is Liangelo still facing charges in China. If so, I'd imagine he's had free legal representation by someone affiliated with UCLA. It doesn't seem wise for him to try and go this alone, but maybe he's already gotten his China situation worked out.

I think it’s fair to say that Lavar has made this kid more than just a little entitled. I don’t like to wish failure on a kid. But I sure do wish that this father would fail bigly.

And rightly so, motherfricker embarrassed himself, I would say his family but his father has a good grasp on doing that about every week, his team, the university and the fricking country.
It’s like when you would do something bad at a friend’s house as a kid and you’d sit there and wait for your parents to come get you. You were never in as big amount of trouble at your friend’s house as you would be when you get home.
