Michael Jordan at all costs and they pursue this by trashing anything LeBron does,
Which is just stupid since there is plenty of evidence to make the argument for either while acknowledging the greatness of the other.

Holy Strawman. If we judge a GM solely on whether a team can be the very best of all time, then literally the only great GMs would be the GMs of those very best teams.

But to answer your question. I think that would have a better chance to beat just about any other team in history than these Warriors.

Lebron is averaging 37.7, 9, and 10.7 on 53% shooting, 35% from 3, and 85% from the line

He's also averaging 0 wins so far in the Finals.

Not everyone can average 27.5/5.3/4.2 on 41.5% shooting and win a title.

Again, I don't think anyone with any credibility is giving LBJ any credit for Miami other than planting a seed. Riley did all of the work, year in and year out.

Fine, just going by Cleveland he should've earned executive of the year for 4 straight Finals appearances and a championship vs a 73 win GSW.

Cool... again, don't ever say that his teammates suck though.

They are what they are. If you call that great then that's your problem.

On the other hand, LeBron is completely responsible for how these Cavalier teams have been formed.

This isn't a "well since it went badly it's LeBron's fault". This is a LeBron did a poor job forming his Cavalier team. He did not form that Heat team.
I mean, he did go to the Finals 4 straight years with 1 title, and the only reason it's not more is because GS is one of the greatest teams we've ever seen created.

Hard to really say it was a "poor job" as it went about as well as you could reasonably expect with GS around.

Poor leBron.

He is constantly meeting the only other teams that can beat him.

Typical LBJ sucker that talks out of both sides... either you think he's a great GM or he doesn't have enough help. It can't be both.

This is not true.

If it is true, you're saying the only way one can be a great GM is if they build a team better than GS, one of if not the best teams we've ever seen. So that's bad logic.

So the litmus test to be a good GM is only if you have the 2nd or 3rd best team of all time do we consider you a great GM?

So, he's done a good job building his team, but at the same time he has no help? I mean which is it. This entire playoffs we've heard how he has no help. The argument hasn't been, CLE is a really good team, but not as good as GS. Even against the east teams, it has been that CLE is pretty inept outside LeBron.

So, which is it? Good job as a LeGM or CLE is a bad team outside LeBron?

theydont have an argument.

they believe leWalk is da bestest. So therefore whatever argument meets that requirement is what they make.

Who says he has no help?

He doesn't have sufficient help.

I know you want to say Kevin Love, Tristan Thompson and JR Smith are the equivalent of Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green but they aren't. I don't know what's hard to understand about that.

If he's constructed a team that's good enough to beat every other team in a series but one then that's not a bad job of building a team. GSW weren't just put together, a lot of things had to happen specifically when they did for this team to emerge, namely Curry being too feeble to command a max contract in 2013. Those are events and circumstances that can't be replicated by another team.

So, you agree with my point that he has done a poor job putting together his team, and that not having enough help shouldn't be used as an excuse if they lose to GS? Awesome. Glad we are in agreement.

Got it. So then we should expect to not see any arguments that use LeBron's team as a crutch when discussing him?

So no help and insufficient help are synonymous statements to you?

Poor job? Not at all. Cavs could probably beat all but the GSW in a series. How is that doing a bad job?

What you're doing is willfully ignoring details to prop up what you want to believe about the GSW and the Cavs in regards to their roster construction.
