Benton returned mostly everyone from a state title team, but WO has the LSU signee that sits low 90s. Wish it was a local matchup.

Rematch of 2018 semis where Benton won a very close game. The winner of the series could very well win the state championship.
E.D. White vs St. Thomas More will be another great one.
I would watch both of those if they are streamed online.

Zachary ends WM season again, just a different sport. Crazy a school the size of WM does not have many quality arms.

Dejean and Biggs not pitching is pretty huge in why that is the case. Tech and LSU signee with big arms that have been injured in the past. If those 2 were able to be in the rotation, your statement wouldn’t be an issue.

Any word on if Biggs is going to LSU as a pitcher or as an infielder?

I would think it’s for his bat. He can swing it. Then again, he has a live arm and a NASTY curve ball. Honestly IDK and I haven't been to enough games this year to say. Either way, I'm glad he's going to be a Tiger.

Rummel may have been hot, but remember, they haven't played a game in 2 weeks. Baseball is a game of "streaks". This playoff schedule is crappy. The top teams have to sit for too long.
I believe that they passed a ruling for the Select schools to play their semi-final/final games at locations other than Sulphur. I am hoping that by doing that it will allow the bracket dates to be rearranged. I know LHSAA wanted all of the state championships on the same weekend at the same location, but if the latter isn't going to happen anymore, there is no reason to stretch out the early round schedule.
