This idea that Tomlin "has been handed..." or "has no say" in his roster is fricking hilarious. This isn't the damned Cowboys where the coach has no say or power over anything.

Our offense has sucked for years.

The only thing I'll entertain regarding Tomlin being handed anything is that to start his career he was handed a roster with multiple hall of famers and Bill Cowhers entire coaching staff that was one year removed from a Super Bowl win. Ever since he filtered those guys out and got his guys in there, it’s been a mess.

Fine. Then the Steelers should fire him.

And he will move on to another team and I guarantee he'll have success.

I have a lot of respect for Tomlin. Not even my team.

They didn’t lose by 8, they lost by 24. Time to go. Otherwise this will drag out like Les Miles / LSU in 2016.

“Wait, he’s coming back!”

The last seven playoff losses have all been by double digits. He hasn’t even been competitive.

Tomlin has been around too long for him not to have a say in this shitty roster. Stop making excuses.

Tomlin has 9th highest win percentage in NFL history after 20 years of coaching at 62%
Regular Season Record: 193-114-2 (.628 win percentage)
Postseason Record: 8-11 (.421 win percentage)

that is impressive. Harbaugh is 11th

Regular Season Record: 180 wins, 113 losses (180-113)
Regular Season Win %: .614 (61.4%)

First Steelers coach ever without a playoff victory in 9 seasons

I had to Google. Steelers have only had 3 coaches over the past 55+ years. Prior to that, no other coach lasted for more than 5 years. So it's basically Tomlin vs 2 HOF coaches..

Tomlin deserves alot of blame... roster construction is bad. in hindsight, they gave up early on Pickens who was All Pro

Idk how you keep him anymore. Steelers are supposed to be a winning franchise and they’ve been stale for a decade. 8-10 wins just miss or bounced 1st round of the playoffs.

Steeler fans will keep packing that stadium though so if the owner is only about money this course is fine.

Seems like it really hasn't been the same in Pittsburgh since they lost that playoff game to the Jaguars in 2017 after they spent the entire week of the game talking about their upcoming rematch with New England.
