Ah so that's why scheduling was funky this weekend. SA usually gets the shite time slot for the first game

I just scrolled through like 5 pages of Harden/Rockets arguments and no first round predictions.

quote:They were 13-4 when Jordan came back. That's the pace of a 63 win season. There weren't chemistry issues like you are alluding to. That's revisionist history. And Jordan had better numbers in the playoffs in '95 than he did in '96.
But the Bulls were not the same Bulls as they did not have Jordan the whole year and he came back after ASB, so new rotation and new chemistry had to be done. Not saying the Bulls win but they may have not played the Magic in the Finals.
People seem to forget that they didn't have Dennis Rodman in 1995. He was to the Bulls what Draymond Green is to the Warriors.

That is why I said that they were not the Bulls.
The key to all the Bulls was the ability to rebound. They had Grant, King, Levingston in the first run.
In the second run they had Rodman, Longley, and Harper (6'6" PG)
Actually the revisionist is you trying to insinuate that Jordan was full go.

I'm saying no, they were not the same Bulls and Jordan did play in 1995 and they did very well when he came back. The reason they didn't beat the Magic wasn't because Jordan wasn't playing well due to coming back later in the season and chemistry issues. They weren't as good in 1995 because it was before they got Dennis Rodman and the Magic were really good.

Good basketball player, but looks like a homeless guy with a faux hawk.
Posted on 4/15/16 at 2:50 pm to Smoke7024
Congrats to the homeless guy, just named Western Conference player of the Month..Here's his averages:
35pts
7assists
3reb
2stls
51.7 from 3
Pretty clear James has been saving a lil something all year in his back pocket and is now playing his best ball heading into the post season. But don't you dare mention it here because there's just no way he could've been half, 3 quarter assing it earlier in the season and pacing himself so that he can be at his best heading into the playoffs, no of course he wouldn't do that.

So what does it tell you about him if he only tries some of the time? Doesn't sound like a player I would want.
Posted on 4/15/16 at 3:00 pm to Aggie Fishfinder
Yea you'd like someone that brings it every time but I'll take James best over just about anybody elses. And when the games really matter you'll see him at his best. Sorry, I don't give a shite about a game v Brooklyn on a Tuesday night in November, so I can't be mad it James DGAF either. I want him playing his best in the postseason.
Posted on 4/15/16 at 3:05 pm to Boomshockalocka
So you acknowledge that the rockets are actually much better than how they have played. You're not mad that the star and supposed leader of the team didn't play hard while making millions and in turn, they barely snuck into the playoffs and have to play one of the best teams in history?
Posted on 4/15/16 at 3:13 pm to Boomshockalocka
Those are good numbers, but I really don't care to be honest.
