That’s true. I remember it now.

I will also take credit for saying the Flames are not as bad as people think!

One of a handful of undefeated teams. They've got to pick it up on the PP, though. 1-13 isn't gonna cut it. They need to stop trying so hard for the perfect pass to set up the perfect shot. It's led to a lot of turnovers with the man advantage.

We started last season 3 for 33 in the first 12 games and by the end of the season we were on the doorstep of being a top-five team on the power play so I'd expect that to get turned around at some point. There's so much firepower on this team so I think it's just finding the right combos

That was all last season as well and there's times it frustrates the hell out of me Marchment and Benn are the biggest contributors to that one but then the times it does work it's like a Gah Damn moment. Duchene is also a part of that, but his passes normally go through so you let that slide

Right? Didn't the stars have a bit of a dry spell in the postseason? That's what I remember. Could be wrong.

I think this is why I remember being so frustrated in the playoff run, because they weren't taking advantage of the PP.

This is correct, hopefully they figure it out quick with the new roster and get some consistency.

Hockey is getting ridiculous with all the diving and flopping. Marchand just got bumped in the shoulder and acted like he got hit by a car.

shite like that needs to be met with fisticuffs. Players need to be allowed to police the sport again.

Avs played poorly again and I went to sleep at 4-1
The first 3 goals were not on Georgie

The Avs were terrible getting puck out of their own end and equally lacking on offense. No urgency no fire.
That penalty where Marchand flopped was absurd.

They also fell asleep after scoring again

They are a bad team overall right now without any signs of improvement

Really great game between the Kraken and the Flames. Goalie battle ends 2-1 for the Kraken in OT.

Cautiously optimistic that the Kraken might… might not suck this year!
