Isner certainly not helping himself by wasting those two advantage points in his service game. Can't believe he got broken so early in the final set.

It's borderline infuriating how attrocious American males have been lately. Absolutely embarassing.

We need to implement the Jurgenn Klinsmann method and find a kid who was born to an african american soldier and german mother.

The lovely Maria Kirilenko had to retire, the lovely Maria Sharapova is coming on the court, and Jo Willie is smoking his opponent. Hewitt/Raonic is very solid, but otherwise the great matches don't really kick in until quarters. I know some of you guys like Lisicki, but the battle between her and Kuznetsova is for the queen of thunderthighs title.

Tipsy

What a pathetic showing tonight, completely dominated by Gasquet.

What looked to be a pretty big upset and blowout is turning in to a pretty darn good match.

Monfils sucked early in the match and lost the first set 6-2, and then went down 5-1 in the second set. He appeared to be struggling with back pains and was moving incredibly slowly around the court and had the trainer check on him.

Since then Monfils has won the last 4 games in the second set knoting it up 5-5 and he has all the momentum.

As I type this Monfils gets broken and goes down 6-5 in the second. Exciting Tennis, but not very beautiful. Monfils is playing nothing but defense relying on the other player to miss his shots, there have been a bunch of long rallies.
